Well I was stupid and didn't know about what could have happened but I still made it. (by the way I'm 11) Maybe practice your rolls in the backyard or in your living room. Once you've gotten good at that, practice just jumping with your feet and then roll roll out of it. Once you get good enough at it you could try Small ledges like 5 ft just to practice. Then move up gradually to like 7 ft 8 ft 9 ft then the 10 ft one. Practice makes perfect in this type of situation so practice!
