HEROES NERD ALERT! lol

They weren't cops, they were agents of the company. The guy was normal and the girl had an ability, but the guy told Sylar he had the ability, and Sylar snapped the girl's neck and tried to brain the guy (I think his name was Cruz and her name was Gail). The girl's power, if I recall correctly, was breathing in in any environment.

This was seen in one of the short online comics.

it's 'He's Frank by Brighton Port Authority (Norman Cook aka Fatboy Slim, along with Iggy Pop). Though the song's written by the Monochrome Set in the early 80s (fascinating fact: the singer in that band, Bid, produced a previous band led by Alex from Franz Ferdinand)
