it is reveal in tekken 6 that Azazel started the devil gene.. But it is unknown how he did it. If you play with devil jin in scenario mode against azazel read the screen capture of what they saying. Now some how the devil gene had to pass to jinpachi thus skiping heihachi to kazuya and jin

You can't unlock him. You get this ending by intentionally (or unintentionally lol) losing to him. He is playable in Dark Resurrection, though.
