  • the original batman: tas opening was the most epic opening i ever saw as a child

  • "..This... is... AWESOMESAUCE!"

  • hmm, i dont see it.

  • A Batman reference in a Batman show? IT'S THE APOCOLYPSE!!!

  • @JonathanHallShow you mean BATCEPTION!

...Okay, that joke sucked but it had to have been done.

  • LOL Bat mite

  • can we all agree the brave and the bold sucks?

  • @namekman01 actually, its pretty cool and keeps to the batman characters roots of an avenger crying for mommy and daddy

  • lol

  • btbatb is missing one of my favourite characters clayface!

  • Batmit? sounds like the animated version of one of those weirdos stalking fanboys, maybe it's a satire of all those comic geeks who take their passion too damn far.

  • @doarner "Weirdos Stalking Fanboys" is about right for Batmite!

  • This show is not TRYING to be TAS they are 2 different shows stop comparing the 2 and besides it did have it's dark episode called chill of the night and that is on par with the best DCAU episodes.

  • I'll be honest, I don't really like Brave and the Bold. Granted, it does pay homage to the Silver age comics and it's a nice gesture. The problem is that it focuses too much on the action and not on the story, making the plots look really ridiculous. People can say what they want on Batman:TAS , there's nothing wrong with a dark and edgy show. What made the dark versions of Batman work was not being dark alone; but rather the stories and complex characters. These are what make Batman who he is

  • batmit is a bullshit

  • OMG, I remember freaking out when I saw that on tv, lol.

"No way! He just did the OLD Batman thing!!!"

  • this show is good but i has NOTHING on Batman: Tas. Im talking episode stories, voice actors, villains and design. Yes it pays homage to the silver age but still BTAS is far superior

  • That's nothing. In Batman: Brave and the Bold episode "Chill of the Night", you had voice reference from 3 different generations of Batman. Voicing Thomas and Martha Wayne in the past were Adam West and Julie Newmar from the 60's 'Batman'. And then voicing the Phantom Stranger, the Spectre, and that crime boss were Kevin Conroy, Mark Hamill, and Richard Moll from Batman the Animated Series.

  • please im look for batman tas episope hotel cabal. batman must go through this crazy hotel and ill always rember the security survalenceof the shark room. i was like damm.

  • UUUUUGGGGGHHHH.....how dare they reference something that they don't even deserve to be the retarded aborted child of.....

  • @NICKREAPER316

YOU know nothing. This show is BRILLIANT. A hail to the glorious Silver Age of Comics.

You should watch the clip where Bat-mite is at a convention. One of the characters in it is you. I'll leave it to YOU to figure out who that is.

  • @Treemeadow i'm sorry to say but, i do not share your opinion.

  • @NICKREAPER316 Its not an opinion- obviously, you aren't enough of a Batman fan to know about the Silver Age.

Go on, go watch that clip of Bat-Mite at Comic-Con

"I always thought Batman was more suited to the role of gritty urban crime detective- but now you've got him up against Santas, and EASTER BUNNIES!- Sorry, but thats not MY Batman"

    - Thats you

  • @Treemeadow nah, i've got better things to do with my life. but thanks for the tip, i might check it out when i have time. and for the record, i really don't consider myself a hardcore fan, or "true batman fan" as you put it. just an average fan, and i like my batman dark and gritty, that's just me though...i also like the tv 60's series but that's beside the point. my point is i'm not a hardcore fan so there's no point in trying to put up an argument with me. and...yeah it kinda is an opinion.

  • there's another referance, in one episode green arow does a batman impression and sais i am vengance, i am the knight, i am BATMAN!

  • @batmanagent008 i can't find it, but do u know wht the link is?

  • @GundamMeister00 i can't find the link to the full episode, but i believe its called "Dawn of the Dead Man" if that helps.

  • @batmanagent008 thx, i'll check it out. :D

  • @batmanagent008 and these are my hammers for justice!

  • anybody who missed that reference while watching the show must've been a dunce cap at one point in their life lol

"this is awesome sauce!! :S lol

this episode had to be the best brave and the bold episode yet... all those cameos and references, i almost passed out due to comic history overload lol

thnx 4 the post i wanted to see this compared to BTAS

  • No problem. When I watched this episode I was laughing so hard at almost everything because a) it's funny and b) you just have to love it. What a lot of people don't know is that if you ever watch the Drew Carey show, you know his 2 best friends. Search on youtube "Drew Carey Batmobile Episode." I don't know what the title is exactly but it's about 4 minutes long. His 2 buddies dress up as Batman & Robin and steal the Batmobile and the person dressed as Robin is the voice of Batman in B:TBATB

  • @ymacianchris ARE YOU F-ING KIDDING ME?

    *looks up*

    HOLY MOLY!

I used to watch the Drew Carey show way back when. I still can't believe it. Oswald is Batman XD
