The oil companies Pickens made his $ from bought up rights to alternative energy products and then ended production, now he wants the government to give him more $ so he can make alternative energy? If this was a good idea in the past why didn't he just allow private industry to accomplish this on their own without being bullied and drowned in legal paperwork from his oil execs? He wants regulation because it kills competition from other renewable eco-fuels like hemp and puts the $ in his pocket
