Hmmmm...how about ebay? I can't recall what the proper name for the hat is, looked on ebay kept given me blooming trilbies and card board zorro hats XD Me thinks it will be a case of going to a costume event, waiting for someone with a fabulous V costume...knock em out and "liberate" the hat, and perhaps...in time, post it back to em when the coolness has worn off with a letter of how it was a life and death situation requiring that hat? Hmm..maybe ebay be best start :)

I know HAT IS SMALL, but finding a guy forks hat is alot harder to find then the rest of the costume! Sadly when you walk into a costume shop you'll find they'll just give you the zorro costume with a V mask...horrible but true! Can't costume shops just pay an extra pound and get the proper hat? Me thinks no :(

I got the main outfit from a fancy dress shop on loan, but used my own black shirt and trousers as the "one size fits all" motto didnt apply to me as it was for someone the size of a bull elephant. Still miffed as they considerd the Zoro costume to be good enough....well i say nay! I seen better ones on nthe net, but as it was just for the day it didn't matter too much :)
