I use Line 6 too and play Dream Theater. Line 6 PodXT Live connected to a tube amp sounds AWESOME, believe me.

Its better through a PA system because then theres no need to compensate for the amps tonal balance, or mic setups at the venue. Unfortunately, most people have shitty headphones so they boost the bass on headphone tones WAYYYYYYY too much.

Unfortunately though it will never sound as good as the real thing. The touch response and overall "feel" of a real minimalist tube amp makes them way more fun to play than any modeling software though shitty guitar speakers. Certainly great for making quick videos! Great video by the way.
