@HiMohanram My Spanish isn't terrific, but I think the gist of what Vanchy58 said is that the inspiration for this song came from a cantata by John Sebastian Bach. The girl in the movie Love Story was enamored with Bach and Mozart, so it's very possible. The song does sound a bit like the second movement of Bach's Harpsichord Concerto No.3 in D Major, the third movement of which is on the movie soundtrack. By the way, I believe the song is from 1970, isn't it?
