hey why dont you take your solar heater and connect it to your pump, that way it is heating up the water of your pool. If you want I can send you a vid on how to do it.
You can use a saddle valve on the existing pool pump, which shares the pressure to circulate, its an idea to put a oneway valve if its high up and a tap to slow the flow, maximising the heat.
instead of forcing the water through the solar collector with hose from spigot what if you put the source hose right in the pool? would the water flow from the pool through the heater and back to the pool due to thermosiphoning?
When you want to make use of heat / thermo-syphoning, the hot water out has to go to a higher positioned place.
If not, it won't work.
I would go for a slow pump that extracts the water from the pool and returns hotter water, I don't know if the pool circulation pump is too fast for the water to heat up in the panel. (as catatonicable suggested)

Great effort! Solar power is really beneficial and the best alternative!
