  • whats your flow for your brush?

  • @jumpinj2000 usually varies from 15%-85% i think for this tutorial i had it close to 50%..? but that's just a guess. its best to draw a little with a percentage and see how you like it. Just play around with it :)

  • Is you brush opacity always set to 100%?

  • yeah usually, unless i want to do some subtle shading, but if u set the brush options on pen pressure. that helps alot when u want to use it lightly and dont wan to change the opacity. hope that makes sense.

  • Thanks for your response, It helps alot :)

  • Not a problem :)

  • o...k?

  • ..?

  • still.... how could u sketch that crazely good??? I tryed on some program called paint and I could hardly make smt

  • Lol :P

  • how do you shange the skin of photoshop?

  • Great turtorial, got a lot of nice tips there. thx!

Another great turtorial is "Photoshop Top Secret". Learned mostly everything I know about photoshop there^^

  • Do you still use CS2 or are you upgrading to CS3? Or CS4?

  • yeah I still use cs2, I'm comfortable with it, and as far as I know cs3 or 4 isn't really that much different for what I use it for. I've seen a bunch of artists still using photoshop 7 and making images that look way better than mine. So I think its all what your comfortable with.

  • weecan u buy cs2? and for how much?

  • does anhyone have msn!!! msg me. my live id is jane21dame S

  • Nice tutorial! Also, Whats the names of the music used?

  • they are from the unreal tournament 3 soundtrack, i forget the actual name but they are all good :)

  • Thanks for the reply, again awesome tutorial!

  • wow that shits amazing. Are your drawings original or are they placed over an already made sketch or something?

  • they are original

  • And great choice of music as well! :P Thanks for the tutorial.

  • WoW AMAZING!!! love the way you draw. thanks for giving tips to draw:)

  • not a problem, thanks for the comment :)

  • what program are you using? :)

  • just photoshop cs2, but ive seen alot of digital artists use photoshop 7 and up

  • is it very expensive to buy?

  • yeah, the older ones would be less id imagine. if you want to draw digitally, itd also be good to get a digital tablet. like from wacom or theres other companys that have cheaper ones

  • what company can sell me a good tablet to a good price? i want one to draw your darth maul or something like that

  • thanks :)

  • amazeing

  • could you direct me to some other tutorials? this ones really decent. apart from the fact we saw the finished pic for a fraction of a second, the final product is obviously amazing. its a really good beginning, maybe you could slow down the beginning of each major feature (eyes, nose) because anyone can touch up when they have a good base of a feature, but its a lot harder just to begin. really nice. peace.

  • i had to shorten the vid to fit it into 10mins, but i just put a link to the finished picture in the comments

  • yeah sorry, you can download the larger size in the comment

  • Great technique, great tutorial.

  • Makes me think maybe even I could draw heh

  • Very good first tutorial. Your processes are clear but not over technical.
