ok i heard that u either use the become etheral shout when he goes to a shout he will give u a quest OR somebody also said that u drink a potion that turns u into a ghost and u talk to him and he leads u to heivmeer i dont know how to spell it heimver rest or somthing maybe he is heimer

phil use your potions you have so many of them use your stamina potions when you need stamina like when you were running in this vid to catch the horseman also you can give health potions to your follower an your follower will use the health potions when they are low on health that will keep them from dying by the way i've seen every single part of this amazing skyrim playthrough and skyward sword and i'm glad to say i've finally caught up w/ phil heh

You might want to check out the "Throat of the World". Aside from giving you a new shout (Fire Breath), you'll also be able to learn the Dragonrend shout (which brings dragons down to the ground, making them much easier to kill)...and you'll get a couple nice surprises as well when you see who lives up there.

The game never runs out of side quests so the game can go on forever its only over when you want it to be. When he gets tired of playing it he will do story missions and finish the game. I will watch every part until its over.

Currently, the only things that the Horseman has uttered is "Finality", "Such an abrupt end to our game", "Who dares disturb my rest?" and "All the living shall fear the dead.". If you continue to follow him, he will normally lead you to Hamvir's Rest. There you can find three skeletons, a leveled Draugr, a master-level chest, as well as a couple of items in the area. If you fast travel directly to Hamvir's Rest, the Headless Horseman can be seen there during daytime.

At night along roads you have a chance of encountering a spectral horseman without a head galloping along at full tilt. He carries an axe on his back, which is likely a reference to Washington Irving's "The Legend of Sleepy Hollow". If you follow him, he eventually takes you to a graveyard where there are several skeletons to fight and a Master chest.
