@katioplse This is a Kenyan training camp I believe, but some of the soldiers are probably Somali. Kenya trains other Armies for places like South Sudan and Somalia as well as joint exercises with countries like Ethiopia and Tanzania, so foreign trops training with the Kenyan Army are not all that rare.
