  • If you still have that craving, go for low-fact ice-cream or low-fat yogurt ice-cream. Eddy's ice-cream is a very good choice!

  • Don't feel bad amigo. Sometimes I'll eat ice cream and ice cream only 2,3 times a day. Though I've lost quite a bit of weight due to the addiction, it isn't a very good idea. XD
