The Enchanted Castle at Germanna

When I was younger I found this location on a map and tried to find it in the woods. I parked in an adjacent neighborhood, across the street from the college, and I set off into the woods. I wandered around all day trying to find this 'castle' but I found nothing more than farm after farm, power lines and an unsettling silence. It's nice finally seeing something I was always interested in finding when I was younger; disappointing to find out it was nothing more than an old footprint.
