My opinion is that they were if not betrayed then abandoned by the Alliance.Yes,the Alliance got a terrible blow from the Scourge but they had more than enough forces to help the High elves in their struggle to hold back the Scourge.I am sure that if they were sent reinforcements, the Scourge's invasion would have failed.The elves were always there for the Alliance,but when they needed them for the first time they were alone.The perfect place for them is The Horde next to Sylvanas Windrunner.

Their personality relates to mine, wanting power, greed, but love and niceness. but I love the Darkspear trolls just as much. also in lroe my fav characters are kael'thas, and Thrall. the blood elves arent traitors to the alliance at all. by sotryline they had no choice, and were betrayed by the alliance and their leader.... the high elves (those things that work for alliance in Dal) are the real traitors. i dont even understand the whole storyline and how some bloodelves remained highelves, but if theyr sticking with alliance they are traitors
@specialworks10 what i read was that blood elves were actually high elves that craved magical power and were exiled for using it. and because they lost their amunity the the deseases and stuff in tirisfal glades they shrank in size and lost their blue-ish glow like night elves and became blood elves. so they are actually high elves.
@Iouapie because the alliance hated blood elves for kael'thas's seeking the help of naga (and nelfs being in the alliance). So they had no choice but to ask the horde to help them reach outland. plus that the orcs and esp the forsaken (not just any undead) have a sympathy for them. the forsaken and the belfs worked closely together fighting the scourge in the plaguelands. plus that many forsaken were actually high elves. so blood elves are in the horde now, and got a portal to UC to help them.
my favorite race is the blood elf. idk why people hate us for. blood elves have very interesting culture, civilization. I think they look pretty sweet aswell.

Basically Kael'Thas joined Illidan and betrayed the elf's. Then i think it was 2.3 he attack silvermoon and stole a Narru , Which made him a traitor. He then Betrayed Illidan and joined the burning legion to ressurect Kil'Jadean
This doesn't make sense, in the first WOW trailer, they said it had been 10 years since the burning legion's invasion, when Arthas attacked Quel'thalas.
Garithos just acted really bad against blood elfs.... kael'thas was about to destroyed by scourges and illidian help him so alliance call them traitor, but alliance forced them to do this so mistake is of alliance and not of blood elves..... they joined the horde after the events in wc3...but the reason is something only blizz knows...there was no reason for them not to stick with the alliance : /
blizz probably wanted an elven race for the horde, since horde had no 'beatiful' races, so they cme to the BEs, because its the only major elven faction without a siding...
Well Blood elves couldn't join the Alliance cause of their bad relation when they were under the command of Garithos. So basically they had enough of the Alliance.
the blood elves jailed by Garithos were only those under command of Kael'thas, who later followed Illidan to Outland. They were seperated by the Blood elves of Quel'Thalas, and when they met again the became enemies.
Why else can horde blood elves attack them in Outland?

My opinion is that they were if not betrayed then abandoned by the Alliance.Yes,the Alliance got a terrible blow from the Scourge but they had more than enough forces to help the High elves in their struggle to hold back the Scourge.I am sure that if they were sent reinforcements, the Scourge's invasion would have failed.The elves were always there for the Alliance,but when they needed them for the first time they were alone.The perfect place for them is The Horde next to Sylvanas Windrunner.

They fought Orcs in both wars, theyve been fighting Trolls since they settled into Quell Talas and the undead destroyed their home.Maybe the undead are no longer Scourge, but they still slaughtered countless elves.Goblins also were part of the horde in the 1st 2 wars....Of all the races of the horde they only have nothing against Tauren.

nice clip. have some of you people saw the wow cheats pack from warcraftbotsXinfo (replace X with .) ? it is awesome, i recently down loaded the pack. it's got completely everything in it, gold guides, bots, hacks, glitches and even the newest arena glitch. i perhaps shouldnt reveal to people about it however at least this gives you all a fair opportunity to download it before i own you all!

My main is a blood elf paladin, lvl 80. I love Blood Elves since the frozen throne. Their personality relates to mine, wanting power, greed, but love and niceness. but I love the Darkspear trolls just as much. also in lroe my fav characters are kael'thas, and Thrall. Orcs are jsut as badass. I was happy when I heard the ywere on the horde. LOk'tar! FOR THE HORDE!

omg, i really HATE blood elves, really, since they came, everybody thinks blood elf when they think Horde, and i am sick and tired of it. i am also tired of that all camps in Outland and Northrend are just Blood Elves, really, when it was just a bonus added race, now it is no more what the Horde is supposed to be, orcs, that represent it. it is like it is Blood elves now, and it sucks, since Orcs, Tauren and troll were the true people of the Horde. @gr3yStar Humans "Lord Garitos" there wasnt Stormwind or Ironforge mentioned in warcraft 3 which is stupid cause if human kingdoms fall to the scourge and burning legion then where were the armies of those two its like they never existed. The high elves were loyal to the alliance entire allience not just one man.One commander (Lord Garithos) sentenced Kealthas and his blood elves to jail but here is the thing blood elves fight against Kealthes in wow and they fight against high elves(hinterlands

my free trail has just ran out and im waiting untill thursday when i can buy my acount. Im a human warlock. Tryed a few races and skills but nothing really got me. I wanted to be with the horde and hated humans. But when i became a human warlock it all made sense. the blood elves arent traitors to the alliance at all. by sotryline they had no choice, and were betrayed by the alliance and their leader.... the high elves (those things that work for alliance in Dal) are the real traitors. i dont even understand the whole storyline and how some bloodelves remained highelves, but if theyr sticking with alliance they are traitors

@specialworks10 what i read was that blood elves were actually high elves that craved magical power and were exiled for using it. and because they lost their amunity the the deseases and stuff in tirisfal glades they shrank in size and lost their blue-ish glow like night elves and became blood elves. so they are actually high elves.

@Iouapie because the alliance hated blood elves for kael'thas's seeking the help of naga (and nelfs being in the alliance). So they had no choice but to ask the horde to help them reach outland. plus that the orcs and esp the forsaken (not just any undead) have a sympathy for them. the forsaken and the belfs worked closely together fighting the scourge in the plaguelands. plus that many forsaken were actually high elves. so blood elves are in the horde now, and got a portal to UC to help them.

The alliance are getting an event to free gnomeregan, the horde are going to liberate the echo isles. Why not another where the blood elves chase out the scourge and reunite the two halves of their city?

Basically Kael'Thas joined Illidan and betrayed the elf's. Then i think it was 2.3 he attack silvermoon and stole a Narru , Which made him a traitor. He then Betrayed Illidan and joined the burning legion to ressurect Kil'Jadean

they joined the horde after the events in wc3...but the reason is something only blizz knows...there was no reason for them not to stick with the alliance : /
blizz probably wanted an elven race for the horde, since horde had no 'beatiful' races, so they cme to the BEs, because its the only major elven faction without a siding...

Well Blood elves couldn't join the Alliance cause of their bad relation when they were under the command of Garithos. So basically they had enough of the Alliance.

the blood elves jailed by Garithos were only those under command of Kael'thas, who later followed Illidan to Outland. They were seperated by the Blood elves of Quel'Thalas, and when they met again the became enemies.
Why else can horde blood elves attack them in Outland?
