  • I think it's similar to talking to yourself in the mirror.

If we feel like we're talking to another person, it feels more...personable? ha.

  • beuatiful advice as always...luv u loads and what an excellent scenery with birds singin in the background ahhh we so dont hav that in london

  • "I could go and talk to a tree"

  • that's a fantastic idea, fran! thank you so much! :) lots of love

  • Cool, can feel a lot of relief coming from you in this one, Fran! Reminds me of when I went through a tough time once, feeling really bottled up, not wanting to overload friends and family with my venting, and I discovered talking to a little portable audio recorder. Just saying whatever the hell I felt like to it. Was a great release. Also reminds me of The Morning Pages (3 days of uncensored journaling each morning) taught in The Artist's Way. Other outlets: exercise, making music...

  • you are amazing, fran.

  • im so fucking high....on health or w.e thefuck

  • That makes sense, talking to a live camera, certainly dont think you are freak, if you are, then I guess I am too ;) ... it's like talking to someone/thing and that entity is 'listening" and taking in what you are saying. I guess speaking out loud and comprehensively to that entity would also help organise your mind, again, with the out pouring / expelling of negative energy in a controlled manner to heal your inner self / disharmony / stress without burdening a good friend. Thx again Fran <3
