you can thank the democratic party in the USA starting as far back as president carter. "the Comunity reinvestment act" in order that poor people could own homes. Problem is the poor should NOT be allowed to own homes because they can't afford it. All these lending institutions lowered their rerquirements to the point you could buy a home with "no job".
