  • Its funny because my property is already useless, if the Texans want my property for fracking, I will let them.

  • @pipersmitty You typed that sitting in a building heated by natural gas, on a computer made with petroleum products, using electricity that probably came from a coal plant. Dont get all high and mighty. If you are going to say fossil fuel use is fucking the world then you better go walk to a cave with no shoes or clothes (petroleum products) and find a way to live there. Dont bitch about something you dont have a solution to and that you constantly use

  • Love all the comments on MAKING MONEY because who cares about anything else. Lets fuck the world and leave the mess for the kids...they'll have perfectly natural looking breathing systems that they can wear by that time. And drinking water will be "old hat" by then.

  • those are close ups of job sites. Your stupid fool, do you think that ditch will stay open forever? NO..uuhh. Do you have any idea what a site looks like after it's done? no cuz the ones you don't see, are under ground just like all the other pipes and wires under the ground. ground in pa is now at 10,000 an acre it was 500 a decade ago. when your well is done the land is worth so much, it's actualy so valuable it's hard to keep.

  • Trust me, I have seen common folks become millionaires within the last 10 years from gas wells. Hardly a money losing proposition. Even for the surface owners without mineral rights.

  • Why should it become the surface owners problem to deal with? Nobody that actually lived on this property ever made a cent out of the gas that was collected, only the gas company and the mineral owner. Just so you don't misunderstand, I was referring to all the plugged wells sitting on "surface" owners property which by the way are the folks that do not have rights if they do not own the minerals.

  • @pippitts1 What are you talking about? Yeah, the mineral rights owner and surface owner can be different people. But you are going off on a tanget from what pippitts said. The surface owner gets paid for leasing their land, whether or not they also get royalties from the gas extracted.

  • @harvinsi also, the surface rights owner should get 15,000 to 30,000 if they didn't that's their fault. and that money is peanuts to an oil company. Also, the drilling now uses fewer and fewer pads, drilling out with twice the raduse they did a year ago.

  • Keep drinking the Kool-Aid, bigblockpwr...

  • what a bullshit video. show some completed wells instead of ones still in progress. everything looks like crap when its being built

  • @bigblockpwr What are these companies going to do with all the equipment when the wells no longer produce? Leave them there for the state and surface owners to deal with?

  • @pippitts1 they will cap the wells and there will be a capped pipe sticking out of the ground. what is there to deal with?

  • @bigblockpwr Well for the one I have sitting in the middle of an acre at the top of a field where I would love to build a house plenty. Are you one of those folks that are going to tell me to call my states gas commissioners and ask them to remove it so the citizens of my state have to pay for its removal instead of the mineral owner and gas companies that made money from it?

  • @pippitts1 well either you bought the land with the well already on it or you allowed it to be drilled. so either way it should be your problem to deal with. not the taxpayers

  • I just posted this to my blog and FB page: Protect the Endless Mountains-

    Great clip!
