@Bluebirdswanlady  Yes there is a version of that. But so far I have only found it on a LP-version called "singing in the kitchen I think. I borrowed it from the library. It is the last track on side 1 of the LP. I have it ripped to my computer and can send you the song on an mp3 file - if you'd like it for your grand daughter. I have sent you a friend invite formy channel for this reason. If you didn't already track it down. I don't know if it's out on a CD - haven't been able to locate it.

My first memory of this song was when I wasn't even in school yet & my cousins Dwayne,Darren,& Glen were playing their guitars and singing it,or I heard them on tape singing it.I bought Bobby Bare's Lullabys,Legends,& Lies album a few years ago and this was one of the extra cuts on it,which is why I bought it to begin with.

Had this whole album on a record when I was young. By the time I was ten you needed two quarters on the record player arm to listen to it because I plain old wore it out. You older folks may remember that trick. Thanks for posting.

As a kid I can remember singing along to this with my brother, sister and parents. I haven't heard this song in over 25 years, thank you for posting it. It brings back a lot of great memories.
