Actually, a better translation of 人の世に生まれ師鬼 (hito no yo ni umareshi oni) might be "this oni, born into the human world of suffering." "Yo" almost always has the connotation of a world of pain and suffering (in the Buddhist sense). I think.

Also, I have the feeling I'll be singing this in my head for the next few geological ages or so. A dangerous song to go around singing.

@castusmelkor Do note that english is considered "backwards" to other languages, one of those is japanese. if you'll note, the word "oni" appears after "akuryou taisan".This probably accurate enough. Japanese can be difficult at times to translate to english, possibly because english is one effed up language.
