hi, ive gone through 2 to 3 vidoes on abbs that you have posted here.. im a little confused about which one to do first i mean what should be the order of my abb exercises..do i train the upper ones first or the lower ones i mean have the infromation i just need to organize it...pleae do help me! thanks
I think it's best to do what feels comfortable for you to start with. If you're body feel comfortable doing lower abdominals, then upper, do it that way or vice versa.

Yeah, this exercise is effective .I f you dont feel the burn,it shows that you are not doing properly
