For those that like to complain about the poor quality of my films this is your chance to have some input.
My Sony Cybershot - used for all films here but one - has given up on me. I do not want to buy a video camera - just a compact camera which I can carry around in my pocket.
nice video, I'm Friuli and those place are too little known. By the way until Cividale/Cividât people speaks Friulian, than the names are both in Italian and Slovene.
Friulian is still spoken by most Friulians. The road signs were placed in the past few years, in an effort to promote it, since most of the locals know and use the "Friulan" version.
It is still well and alive today. ( 600.000 native speakers )
If I remember correctly that is to the north of Udine. I went east in the direction of Cividale and the Slovenian border at Caporetto (Kobarid). I shall certainly think of doing this the next time I am there!
Yes, very nice. I liked the mountains and Udine was different to what I remembered. Normally I take the motorway and do not see anything but from now I will always try to have the time to travel by normal road as it is so nice!
Thank you very much - that makes me very happy to know. Obviously I enjoyed making them and as a person interested in history and geography I like to try to share my knowledge with others!
I am glad to know I helped someone else. Of course I realise that my idea of fun (sleeping in the car, visiting castles) is not everyone's idea of fun.
