That was a good video Anna. I can relate to all your feelings. But know that there is a way out of depression. I know that when we've been depressed for a long time it feels like the sadness has become a permanent part of our character, but there is always a core of inner peace deep down inside us. When we are depressed we forget that it's there.
I don't know if you notice this Anna, but sometimes when you become aware of your negative self-talk or negative thoughts. Like when you say there is an awareness that happiness is not going to last. There is an internal sadness that my thought process is negative or down. when I became aware enough to see how twisted my thoughts of life can be, that was kind of depressing. but if you realize that you can transcend it, that will make happy moment more enjoyable. I don't if this make sense.
That definitely makes sense, and I agree. I'm trying to work on feeling more happy and really enoying the successful moments in my life. Thanks for commenting darelief! :D
I can definitely relate to that cycle. I, too, get anxious, then more depressed, and then even more depressed at my inevitable failures due to the anxiety and depression. But I hope you're doing okay, you're not alone! And thank you for commenting and sharing :)
Unfortunately I'm really anxious right now too about college. Specifically over one of my classes. But I'm sure you know what I mean if you watched the video I uploaded today. And I know what you mean about the meds. I've never taken any (not that I'm against them either). I just don't want to become dependent either and all

Thanks bbrodriguezx, I really DO forget that it's there sometimes, and that this isn't permanent, especially if I don't let it be! :)

I feel suicidally depressed if I have to work or go to school. I'm perpetually anxous which leads to depression, which leads to failure.
