This clip reminds me of that courtroom scene from the movie Idiocracy. "I'm fixing to commensurate this trial here." Good work by the defendant though. He should considering trying to get a Canadian drivers license.
Citizens are Subjects and Nationals are Sovereigns!
WAKE UP PEOPLE. The CONstitution starts off with "WE THE PEOPLE"...then it says PERSONS. Persons is not plural to People. Persons have Civil Rights and People have natural rights.
Excellent job Sam. Even though you did not prevail on this trial, I feel that this was a success, because you did an excellent job of exposing the arbitrary and unjust nature of the court. Your well-timed and appropriate objections also clearly rattled the judge. Stay the course, and I think we'll have some interesting victories soon!
Sam did a great job here, I am impressed. However, the state, being the corrupt POS that it is, decided to find him guilty anyway. Looks like a few of those objections were legit and should have been sustained.
Wow Sam, you have definitely learned from your previous experiences with the "justice" system. I am very impressed. Did you read Marc Stevens book Adventures in Legal Land? You did exactly the things he recommends. You completely revealed the judge for the thug that he is. It is too bad he decided to choose to be a thug.
Did Sam appeal? was this the final decision?
