The 'come another' when you first in Xen, 'you all die' I think when Gonarch appears, 'what have you done' when Gonarch killed, 'I am the last' before his chamber's portal, 'Freeman' in the last level, and the 'now die', 'you cannot win' and 'deceive' when you through his trap-portals. So the others are either unused or I don't know what kind of version's.

I also have a theory regarding Gman: Gman could possibly be a supreme godlike being who enslaved Xen and Nihilanth before the Combine did(based on what Nihilanth says).
