  • your church is beautiful! And the mass was divine. I wish my parish offered Tridentine Mass.. I miss the high altars, the latin, the incense, etc.

  • Grazie di questa testimonianza di fede e di arte. Come vorrei che anche nelle nostre parrocchie qualche volta si tornasse ad attingere a questa immensa ricchezza!

  • I see by your web site that you seem to offer the Tridentine Mass exclusively. And I can see in this video, the spot where a Novus Ordo altar once stood. You're a Latin Mass parish? Your web site gives no history.

  • St. Norbert's has both Novus Ordo and Tridentine Masses. I usually attend only the Tridentine.

The movable altar is moved to behind the high altar when Solemn Masses are prayed. If you look at some of the other Masses, such as a low Mass with music, the movable altar is still there.

It is not practical to work around it during High Masses due to the larger number of Clegy and servers and more complex rubrics.

  • @stnorberts Very nice! I prefer the old Mass but have seen the new Mass said with beauty and dignity as well. I wish more parishes would offer both.

  • So beautiful!

  • Yes this is a Tridentine.

  • How solemn, reverent, and holy this is. It is called the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, not what is portrayed as a 'Catholic' mass in most churches today. Lord, please bring back the true and holy Mass for your flock.

  • I celebrated my Easter with a Tridentine Mass to!
