  • well u have to have incrediable strength in all areas. if u already have the strength first learn to press from a standing position feet on the floor butt in the air hands on the floor).you will probably have to jump up at first. once u can do this no problem learn to press down. once u can press down and hold the straddle position for about 30 sec try to start pressing up. u wont be able to do it at first. once u can start in the straddle hold then press up 2 ur feet ur getting there. good luck
