Oh come, on Tokyo Mew Mew? It's a kid's show. It's not perverted. It has no nudity at all. It only caters to a fetish if the viewer has a sick mind.  You can't blame that on the show.

Furthermore, you left off some major ones. How could you not include Agent Aika? The whole show is nothing but an excuse for ungodly amount of panty shots and girls bending over in awkward situations. It also has a fair amount of nudity as well.
