100% true they are always in a hurry to gain a few minutes but they don't see the sequences that may occur for those minuses, I lost a cousin before 1 yr he was only 22, and we lost another cousin a month ago and she was only 5 yrs old because of someone was driving very fast and didn't stop for the red light, he hit and ran away, but he got caught.
