Yo creo que el principal problema es, que los indigenas no tienen otra manera de defender sus tierras, estan viendo como machacan la jungla y contaminan las aguas de las que ellos beben y se asean, provocandoles enfermedades y malformaciones, y lo único que se les ocurre, es una reacción de defensa territorial, obviamente, con violencia, no creo que se les haya ocurrido iniciar un proceso judicial, de todas maneras, llevaría demasiado tiempo.
