if that is the Hv 4.5. You must have some very crappy batteries (no offence). My emaxx with Hv 6.5 with the RX8 esc. Plus 2 2-cell lipos. batteries run at over 400 amps. i would out run you. Its doesnt matter that much on motor(generally) its all about batteries

Nice E-Maxx, I think all Aluminum is good, I jump all the time with mine and havn't broke or bent anything yet!! I'm not into speed and I don't care what RC car can outrun eachother. I spent enough Money making mine all aluminum to buy any brushless or nitro system I wanted. I went with the Kershaw Designs so I could still be waterproof and its all the speed I need. BTW I liked your video

All Alloy is a mistake. Too heavy, too delicate. Nice to look at though, no dispute there.

Use Alloy where you need it (Bulks, diff cases) and go RPM Plastic for the rest.

yeah with metal parts if u crash it u probly wont break it but u will bend it and u will bend more part. this can be a real pain to take apart, with nylon if u crash it wont bend it will break and u just repace that part and will look just as good

Haha they get so expensive when you want to upgrade it all to aluminium and get the HV maxx 4.5 :P I also have an emaxx, arms, shock towers, skid plates, servo guard, shocks and bulkheads. I wanted it all to be the same manufacturer so it's all Integy Alloy EVO 3 :D That one looks awesome, i think i won't change the main chassis as then none of it can flex when it hits stuff and it makes it easier to break. But still, love what you did to it. I'm sure i will be up to $1200 soon!!

In this one I was simply using a cheap, eBay pack because they were already charged and had reached peak voltage. 2 3300 maH NiMH batteries, 7.2 volts, Mcarthy. Btw I just bought the Bandit VXL, videos of that soon!
