Oh no, I've got separate .avi and .wav files and I can only upload the.avi files. What do you do to meld the two together, please? I'm getting a silent video :(

Sony Vegas is awesome, but for simply muxing your audio and video into a file you can get it done for free using VirtualDub .

@pwnednooblar Thanks. I tried that but I must've used the wrong settings as it gave me a file that was way too big. I ended up using Windows Movie Maker and got the end results with the Motorstorm vids I've just uploaded today. Take a look and let me know what you think.

I'm getting audio glitches with some echoey sound in RJL v.0.20. Were you able to fix it? Cheers.

haha those screams are pretty good lol. Nah I wasn't able to fix it unfortunately, was hoping it'd work better with a newer version but guess not :(

I'm using 5.00 m33-6 and I'm getting the echoes. Odd thing is, first time I tried it, while I couldn't hear it properly while recording it (it kept dropping out regularly), on playback it was perfectly fine.

Then I come back to it a couple of weeks later, after doing nothing different, and it's like this :(

weird.. maybe it's a certain sound or environmental effect or something that causes it.. i gave up and let my eyes bleed lol. best of luck

I checked as much as I could and couldn't find such a thing but the environment thing was one thing that sprang to mind. If I find the answer I'll let you know. Similarly, if you come across it please let me know also. Cheers.

@pwnednooblar Right I've got it sussed but it took some working out and it's very bizarre.

I got the sound corrected by going into my soundcard's Realtek HD Audio Manager and was recording via the mic, but I should only have the recording volume enabled, as if the playback volume is also enabled then that causes the echoey problem.

@pwnednooblar Then I found if I rename the captured .avi file, it goes silent. If I try to edit the file in a video editing program, it doesn't work, so I've just got the file as is with no editing, which is a shame but if I have to do that then so be it, it's not like editing one of my GTA4 vids.

when i recorded this i set sound recording source to Wave or Stereo Mix and then actually just did a screenrecording of the remotejoy window using Camtasia. Not sure of many good free video editing apps though. Luckily I have access to plenty of editing apps at school.

I've played #3. It's really a great game with a suprisingly good storyline for a shooter.
