If you ingest urine without it being pretty diluted then it will cause dehydration because at that point you would be re-ingesting the salts from your body. In a survival scenario where you're probably dehydrated that piss won't be beneficial to your health at all.

I am sorry , just my opinion,correct me if I am wrong but suposedly when you are completeley covered by snow ,you can't really open your eyes , you dont have any space to move your head , and it's pitch black , how come the camera caught him with all that space , with natural light and everything , on top of all , you can see the sun shining through a hole right above the green thing from the tube.This footage is the fakest thing I have ever seen , extremely poor made.

Yeah I kinda rather when he jumps from a helicopter and find his way out, I mean, I watch the show mainly to see the things you can and cant eat, the things you need to be careful of, etc. Not what to do if you get buried in an avalanche or getting out of quicksand. I dunno why it just seems that getting out of an avalanche and getting out of quicksand is more... common sense and general knowledge.Another reason I watch the show is cuz he eats really disgusting things like that giant larvae.
