Man i know this video is pretty old but dam u guys are eatting the shadow crashes like mad. no need to waste healz on ppl who cant avoid shadow chrashes. and there's no need for range to dps if you're not in a shadow crash. its just a waste of mana and healers have to heal them more when the jump into the saronite vapors. so instead of healers getting mana back they're using it to heal the range in the saronite vapors.

and for all u people complainin how he interupts his HL so often then u should play a healer and try healin this fight... and to be honest HL is not even one of the best ones to be usin this fight. While ur fully raid buffed (flasks and food) ur pally should hit 10k holy shocks (crit) followed by a instant FoL. Keep SS up as much as possible. Try doin that... its much more mana efficient. and make sure u HoS the tank =] other than that General = EZ mode

There is 0 parry haste on vezax. What should people be commenting on really, the fact that people were taking unnecessary damage from shadowcrashes catapulting themselves all over the place. No wonder it was a close kill, they were doing an aweful job at the start.

Obviously you dont play a well geared pally. That's how it works when you hit ulduar. you work away from using FoL and switch to HL, i only recent got my pally alt to 80 but our geared pallies use HL the whole time and never run out of mana (thats on 15min yogg failattempts -.- )

well thing is if u see the boss hits 50% roughly of the tanks health away in a hit . So he needs to use holy light to cover it up fast . IF u spam flash of light then the boss can hit again down to like 20-30% and u keep doin that it will add up . So using HL is best . Flash works . I dont say it dosent but for this Fight if u can its best to Use HL if ur MT healin

the amount of man regain for this fight for viper is barly anything becayse the portion tht gives us 3% mana every 5 sec is gone its only the mana we got from doing dmg and thts barly anything because our dm is cut in half with viper it would basically keep our mana stationary if we kept it up the whole fight... we would to about 2.5k dps with consistant viper so yea... im gonna go in the vaper so i can do 5k like every1 else

i probably read your comment wrong but, i dont thing Viper suffers from the effect, and unless your doing rotations wrong, you should be able to get full mana within one GCD of explosive, still maintaing over 4.5k as long as he's fully dotted. (side note - some hunters also wear 4 / 5 valo to get the 20% haste on viper, so in my opinion, give the healers some slack)

no we dont lose the whole effect of it we only use the 3% mana every 5 sec the mana we get back from doing dmg is still there but the thing is viper becomes so inefficient on this fight its not worth using i mean lol yea ill give up the green vapor if i see a healer start running to it but after the healers get there stacks and run off i will go on if no one is on it and i am normally the one killing the clouds so i got a good 5 sec of it b4 a healer runs over

there is no mana regen in this fight.., healers cant afford to overheal someone, so they keep an eye on incoming heals to target and cancel an overheal before it happens. at least thats whats ur supposed to do if ur pro like method.

General Vezax' hard mode is nearly impossible, no one in the raid can use the saronite vapors, and you have to kill the Saronite Animus before killing General Vezax.

There's a setting in Xperl to turn off unit frames while you're in a raid. That way you can move your Grid over to the left, and it will save a lot of clutter on your UI. :)
