  • Holla! Have you thought about - fast abs magic (should be on google have a look)? Ive heard some unbelivable things about it and my GF got really defined Six pack abs and lost crazy amounts of belly fat with it.

  • Corrina, you speak the truth! The first step to getting healthy is to throw out unrealistic expectations set by the media and really start loving ourselves and rewarding and nurturing our body with proper nutrition (fruits, veggies, etc) and exercise (cardio, weight-lifting, etc).   • @ElectroDeyDey YEAH, one more reason she looks fat, the other for me is that she actualy not thin and that is not the problem of me reding to much of magazines, but more of my tastes

  • I m having problems with my esteem, and i think if i loose weight i will be better, i tried to be vegetarian but after of a month i felt weak and i back to eat meat cos i didnt go to any specialist to know what i had to do. I want to have a healthy life, way of living, mind, body and enviroment but i always have problems with myself to move on. I'm 1,72 centimetres and my weight is 100 kilograms. I dont do any sport, I would love if you can give me some advice please, thanks for your support.

  • @Engenos the first thing is you realy should do sports, swimming is super good, if you can't do that or maybe don't want to - at least walk and I mean like 15-20 thousand steps, then about foods - I have a rule of eating something bad on Sunday( but not all the junk - for example I went cakeless whole week long and ate 1 piece of cake on Sunday) you can also eat things like that on special holidays like X-mas, at normal time never deep fry, no coca-cola (or anything like that - even on holydays

  • @Engenos then be careful with bread - try limiting it, not too much, then sweats - that really is an addicting thing, try limiting it as much as you can, at leaste no fudge for normal days for sure, dairy - no heavy cream, the rest is okay if you don't eat too much, now eat homemade soup every day, nosuperprossesed stuff like nuggets, not about vegetables - eat them a lot, they should be steamed, boiled or in a stew - if you aren't eating them 2 times a day , you aren't eating enough

  • @Engenos potatoe is vegetable but stick to new ones, eat 6 times a day - one time eating is the size of how much fits into your hands, eat meat, but lean ones and do not fry them, try eating like this - something super calorific like meat with something not so callorific like spinach salad, read the label - often they put sugar even in tomatoe paste, try using fruit for sugar cravings, but beware they are high in sugar it is just the form of the sugar that is better

  • @Engenos don't check your weight all the time - it hurts esteem and just irritates you and becomes addictive, just look at your clothes if they become too big - you are losing weight, don't expect quick results, try eating more fish and never belittle how much you can do, when running try running what feels like a limit and then run one more lap, then you will understand - that wasn't my limit at all, you do enough sports if your musles hurt and next day you feel like it got worst

  • @Engenos but don't stop sports, everyday try finding one thing that is good about you and smile to yourself, drink water not juices, if have any questions - ask me, cause I might have forgotten something

  • @NecatorNimrod We have plenty of videos with weight loss and nutrition tips. We're not talking about reasons to stay fat, but reasons to accept ourselves as we are, love ourselves and not be motivated to lose weight because we want to feel better about ourselves.

  • @NecatorNimrod I'm not trying to give people a reason to stay fat, I'm just pointing out that we should be honest with ourselves and if we're losing weight for our health or for purely aesthetic reasons, esp. if we're sacrificing our health to achieve a certain aesthetic.

  • intresting video but i thought it would be more about how to get motivated to loss weight in the positive sense. and how to maintain that motivation when it gets hard to keep going. i think watching shayloss is a good idea if you need to feel inspired to stick to your weight loss goals!

  • it's a backlash against women, and so is porn! women are more educated now, make more money, and experience greater independence. so it's a little harder to dominate us. The only thing left is to undermine women's self-esteem with an unrealistic and cruel ideal of beauty. The other side of this is that women who are slender and beautiful get hell from everyone. Your damned if you do , damned if you don't! all of the obesity could be eliminated if we ate raw natural food, it really works! salads!

  • My motivation is seeing real skinny girls and women in college. They are not airbrushed and a lot of them eat things I would never touch: burgers, pizza, fries, cake, doughnuts...I see no reason to have a flabby belly, butt, and thighs because "eating disorder" specialists see it as "normal". And yes, losing weight and looking thin has definitely made myself like myself more when I am a skinny person. Who's to say what "healthy" looks like? Elite athletes have very low body fat, why can't we?

  • @giaofnature I agree :) Young people can sometimes get away with eating anything but those young skinny girls and women won't stay slim or healthy for long while eating those high fat foods.

  • I'm a man, and i appreciate a woman with a healthy amount of fat. Way sexier than most skinny models. I want a real woman. To have six pack abs, you need no more than 12 percent body fat, which is not healthy.

  • Thank you so much for making this video, and addressing these concerns. I'm a man who has an unhealthy body weight, but not what you'd think: I'm underweight. I have struggled with it my whole life, had to go through school being asked if I had an eating disorder (I do NOT), and it leading quite a bit to low self esteem issues. It was only in the past 5-6 years I discovered how to gain some weight, and began to feel better about my own self image and body type.

  • Girls should stop looking at fashion magazines and start looking at porn (seriously). We men tend to give the highest ratings to chicks who look like real women. Even obese women can get a 90 rating if she can work it!

  • @OgreMECH Who says real women star in porn, I see a whole lot of fake when ever the porn starts playing,and porn won't teach you how to "work it" only practice with a consensual partner will allow one to "work it" not sitting in front of a computer screen (alone). The only thing porn teaches you is unrealistic views of body image and that objectifying bodies is ok. I think if you want to see a real woman then switch off the porn and go find yourself one.

There are women who's body is amazing, but the way they are getting is horrible and unhealthy and that can actually cause them depression, bad health etc. So its more like what is it worth, be thin and feel mentally absolutely horrible,or not the victoria secret body but feel good? pluss a lot of guys dont like victoria secret body

  • @MustRoosTulp she works out every other day and eats really healthy i met her in aerobics and she lives a really healthy life style and she has had a BF for over 3 years and he says he loves her body so i guess depends on a person.. but all im trying to say is that you can get that dream body you just have to eat healthy and excersize!:)

  • What I think is horrible is that men tend to look at these magazines and they believe that they are real, and then they judge.I can't tell you how many times I have heard men talking! One was saying that he really liked this girl but his friend was saying that she was too fat.Which, I knew her and she was normal.How can women begin to feel good about themselves when men hold this standard too? Women are getting it from both sides.

    Call up those 13 year old girls in 20 years and you'll see my point. In the mean time, eat right, exercise and keep a positive attitude. Tried and true method for long life. Beauty is only skin deep and fades faster than footprints on the beach. Cultivate your mind instead. You'll thank yourself.

  • I agree with your video. You are right about the media image all the hype about being thin and How being healthy is the most important in the long run. when I was younger I used to work out alot. My goal was to build my body to look like the people in the muscle mags. As I got older My responsiblities took over and I stop working out as hard. I have gained weight but I feel I am still healthy. I got a comment from one of my uncles about my weight gain, He's in his 70's, LOL I was shocked......

  • I agree with what you say in general but I add that many people searching for "thispiration" are people with very deep health problems.

    These health problems result in such unhealthy tendencies like anorexia and so on, cause they feel not-well.

    I mean, the anorexia is not a free option made by the person but a FEELING caused by his own somatic perceptions.

  • I agree on most of the points that you discussed but there is one that I don't. You really can look well in your old age IF you make the right nutritional choices and exercise regularly. Getting older doesn't have to include an arched back or being sick and weak. If you lead a healthy lifestyle you can grow old looking and feeling good. On the next videos please talk about healthy aging. As you know in America it is a sin to get passed 30. It is time we understand that aging is NATURAL.

  • You're right about what it's like when you get older. You start to relax and stop stressing about your appearance. For example I'm a good looking guy from the perspective of a woman in my age group but as far as trying to impress women in their 20's, well that ain't going to happen so why worry about it?

    Exercise is critical when you hit your 40's. When I was young I ALWAYS felt good but now that's no longer true. When I exercise I feel like I'm 30 again for a day or two afterwards.

  • 2. Also the whole dating game kind of gets old & you stop worrying about it so much too. I'm in the stage of my life where I'd be great at supporting a family but as far as going out and trying to start one? um, no thanks! Some people who were really good at the dating game and were pretty or cool, end up missing it. They often feel like life has passed them by. That's because they never got around to developing a personality. LOL.You can have a lot of fun when you get older, if you plan 4 it.

  • 3. A large number of women seem to think they're more attractive than they actually are. They tend to want a man who looks like a fashion model and has the income of a medical doctor. When you add up their appearance, personality and income you get sort of a number. They seem to be after a level 8 guy while they themselves only add up to a 4. I couldn't accept that deal so I remained single. I was lonely in my youth but now I think it's hilarious.
