u get ur screen on wutever u want the hotkey to show. then u hold shift and choose from F2 or wutever (F1 doesnt work). then just click F2, F3, etc to get ur screen on wutever u locked it on before
usually bunkers come as a response to an early lurker build, coupled with a faster tech to tanks and vessels. if you scout a spire-based build, it's usually not necessary to get bunkers quickly.
I love helpful videos like this (been playing starcraft since launch and still find joy in the game when I'm nowhere near the koreans). Anyway I laughed hard every time you said "baRACK" sorry.

f1 is the help lol
f2 f3 f4 are location hotkeys
you can save the location of your screen by pressing shift and an F key, then pressing that F key puts your screen to the saved location
