Canada Customs-Royal Canadian Air Farce

I am a Chinese national, and I had gone through both U.S. custom and Canadian custom. The the U.S. custom and Immigration officer questioned my political preference, and tons of other disgusting stuffs before I have been admitted into the U.S.(twice happened in Los Angeles Int'l Airport.) While I've gone through the Canadian custom many times in Vancouver YVR airport, I haven't been searched once, and Canadian custom officers are very polite and respectful persons.

My experience: Going through American customs; they are polite & professional with their questions & requests. Through a few Asian countries, pretty much the same as the States, but they tend to ask white people less questions. Going through Canada: Rude, obnoxious, arrogant, condescending, attitude, unprofessional, & all round pricks. I can't stand Canada Customs Agents.

Whenever I come back into Canada customs officers are always nice ask how your trip was, where you went etc. When I drove from Mexico into the states I said "hello" to the customs officer and he freaked out and said "no talking in here"

Had my digital recorder on, so if they were assholes as they always have been to me and so many others, I'd at least have a copy of it so that I could proceed with changing that type of attitude problem.. But, I got nothing... Simple questions, professionalism, polite, and move on through. Guess it all depends on who ya get.
