my hat goes off to you man :) it's difficult to exercise muscles when you can't really feel the burn, the only thing i feel when i'm trying to exercise some lower muscles i can't feel is i start to sweat on my head & breath heavier .have you found any pectoral muscle exercises ? can you feel your pectoral muscles ? anyway, good stuff man, good stuff :)
@d72466fly thank you!! Well for being a quad its crazy how i can feel my chest. So when im doing these exercises i feel the side of pecks tighting and burning like it would normaly would but just the sides not the full chest. That is why i started lifting and exploring. I was a real big guy so the gym was my second home before my injury. Like you say in your vids no way is the right way. Its your effort... My injury doesnt limit me. :)
