Awesome tutorial! I have to say that a slight lean added into my running form has really helped. I started to worry about good running form last year, but over the summer, a few errors developed (i.e. over-using the hip-flexors, pushing off with the toes, etc.). A metatarsal injury taught me a lesson, and I've been picking up speed and efficiency by having a slight lean and running relaxed and effortless.
