When are hippies going to realize that war has casualties, get over it. Bad choices are made, people die, atrocities are committed, but without some of the actions made in foreign lands by the U.S. military worst things would continue to happen. If you want to see people thankful for our fighting, look at the Curds in Iraq who today haven't been gassed for being who they are, or perhaps the South Koreans we saved from Communist North Korea, not to mention numerous others.

who hasn't been? we've been protesting the wars just the same, regardless of who the president is. best not to talk out your ass - just cuz fux news or any of the other corporate media don't advertise and cover it like the teabaggers doesn't mean it isn't happening

imagine that - in a small town that has continuing protests there are people who keep coming each time. and the organizers keep organizing. gee. no need to look to closely to see the new people in each.

I graduated from KSU in 1974. The protests and memorials had thousands of students there.

Each year there are less and less.
