  • this exercise are very good to do them at home, I did this last summer and the results appear really fast! at the bigining try to do them 3 times per week, this kind of exercise are good for belly and legs , if you want to work ur arms try somthing more hard for that area!

    and the 55min full body workout really worked, i didnt realise how weak my muscles were until i did the workout, and also how un flexible i am !!

  • Pilates really does work if you do it right! It's not Holliwood's most practiced workout for nothing! If you are not familiar with it, before you start type in "pilates basic step by step" and watch the 3 short videos that teach you the principles of Pilates and what actualy makes it work. If you do the 20 minute-workout correctly and every day, you should see an improvement shortly. Good luck!!

  • I own this and when I first started using it I saw results in about 2 weeks. I noticed my stomach was flatter and my body looked better all over.

  • I hate this. Everytime I look for the 20 Minute Workout (Aerobic show) on the internet, this shit pops up in every result. Can't stand Pilates. With all respect, this bites.

    I been dowloading files from many places called ''20 minute workout'' thinking ''I'm downloading my favorite show episodes!'' but when I open the files... ¡¡Surprise!! This fucking and boring bitch appears with this kind of boring exercises for old fat bitches or gay wannabes. xoxo

    I downloaded some files called ''20 Minute Workout''. One hour and a half every part (they were 7 parts). I had to download other programs to play the VOB files, validate my Windows, etc... When Finaly, after three days I had everything I needed, I start playing the files and there was this Crack whore doing this shit of pilates. I hate this woman whith all my soul, cant' stand her. She should change the name of her show for her own name.

  • Hi I have just purchased these videos. I am looking at the 20 min workout. I am wondering if I could do this everyday, would this slow my progress down or do it every other day. I do run, and play hockey on the side but would like to do this everyday if I could. lol I am going on vacation and would try anything to get in shape lol. I just had a baby so I'm really trying lol!!!

  • Just try the easy version, the one the woman in green does, and you will see results.

  • my neck always hurts too. ive seen results with my body while still having pain in my neck.

  • It's normal. Until you build up strength in your neck, do the exercise with your head on the floor. If you still can't get through the video, try taking mini-breaks between exercises.

  • I have winsor pilates, and I've been doing it for 4 years. It works! Just do it 3 times a week, and you notice the difference :)You develop a rock hard "powerhouse" lol!

    i was wondering if this is cardio as well? or cardio should be done in conjuction with pilates?

  • I used to do swinsor pilates RELIGIOUSLY and it works! I had killer abs and developed a really nice muscle tone. But my thighs and behind area have always been a problem to tone. so maybe you will have more luck (,dont let the username fool you, I am a girl, just on my bfs account! lol) . They are certainly worth buying IF you even pilates and really plan on getting the workouts done.

    As for me, I will start them again because I miss my killer abs :-D

  • i have been doing pilates for more than 2yrs, love it. i would recommend it to anybody. these series windsor pilates are great. If u do what it says u'll def get the result but u have to know that u have to have a sensible normal diet and not be on the cakes , chico etc like some ppl do and then saying it didnt work.Hope that helps.Cheers

  • I lost 5 killos in 5 months - from 60 to 55. I excersice 3 times a week with this video and i am absolutely happy with the results :::)

  • 5 kilos is an usual number but if you want to lose weight the most efective way it is diet and interval training... Worked for me and lots of my friends

  • He wasnt on diet just didnt ate junk foods, only healthy. If you would include runing or cycling in your workout you would get even better results... just dont over do it :D

  • I started yesterday, I feel sore all day, but it was all worth it. I can feel the difference in my abs and butt during five workouts.

  • I have to admit if you only do the 20 min workout everyday it will get boring. So what I started to do when that happened was change things up a bit. I do the 20 min workout one day, and the 1 hr workout the next day. So I do each every other day. I lost 30 lbs. (went from a size 18-14), and because of college I never found time to do it during my schedule. So I'm trying to get back on it again, and eating right. Thank you for uploading this.

  • Yes 30 pounds. It took me about 4 months, but was well worth it. I did eat right, but I also did not deprive myself of my favorite foods. I did not do calorie counting at all. What I did was I watched my portions. Not only that but I stopped drinking sodas, and eating fast food. I drink hot teas like red, green, oolong, and black teas now other than water. If you want to eat a burger eat a real burger, not the frozen processed stuff like McDonalds. It's ok just watch your portions. Thank you.^^

  • I've seen results too. Thanks for uploading it, I'm about to start doing the 20 minute series again after a break. After a while, you will know the serie, so you can do it almost everywhere and won't need the clips (can be useful, even though it's good to be reminded by Mrs WInsor now and again).

  • I've seen results and I've been doing it for exactly 10 days. Some of my pants that stopped fitting not too long fit again. It's important to combine it with some cardio exercise - jogging or biking.

  • I recommend her buns and thighs videos to really feel the burn. Hell yeah it burns and the exciting thing is. if your already eating healthy you will see quicker weight loss i even saw toning in my face with in two to three weeks.

  • if you're skeptical don't be; I did this workout 3 days a week for a few months and I lost about 25 pounds. 20 minutes a day 3 days a week isn't a huge commitment to look great! good luck!!

  • Yes, it is. 100's are done to increase circulation, everyone of Windsor's workouts starts with 100's.

  • It used to make my neck hurt, then a pilates instructor told me to ALWAYS tuck my chin. Make yourself a double chin at all times! It really does help. Keep that curvature in your neck.

  • I had the old VHS version and loved the 20 minute routine. All you need is 3x a week. I saw a difference in my legs, especially my thighs in just a few weeks. I also walked taller and felt better overall. It's pretty energizing.

  • I felt more energized immediately. I saw a difference in my leg muscle tone in only a few weeks at a 3x per week pace. When you can see the results in such a short period time, it really boosts your motivation. I also used some of the modifications due to having some neck issues and still got results. I really appreciate that she included them in the beginner video. They were a big help and prevented me from getting discouraged.

  • I got the DVD at home, and I do theese exercises many times a week, and it's really great! You get really quick resaults and a much more slim body! I REALLY recommend this!!!

  • im a cheerleader and i have been doin these pilates for a week, and i just got my skirt today.but i was fat when i ordered it.when i tried my skirt,i have to pay extra coz the skirt was too big for me,LOL!

  • Yes it works, it's good for the abs, just take care not to hurt your lower back, don't arch the back, press the "power house" (somewhere between the belly bottom and the bra line)into the mat. Personally I like to use a thicker mat (even a fluffy towel). You need to practice it for more time, it's not a fast exercise in order to see some good results. And attention! it's to build the abs, this won't make your fatty go away, just the diet and the cardio may do that. Good luck!

  • Iv'e been trying to lose 20 pounds in 30 days and I just started this work out Friday because im alternating my exercise every week so my body doesnt get in a rut with the same work-out. Anyways, iv'e done it for 3 days so far and ALREADY I look thinner and my body aches (in a good way) from this exercise! I do it everynight now! thank you so much!

  • i love pilates, it helps me feel relaxed and more energized

  • doing it everyday would be more beneficial if you are trying to reach a weight-loss goal, as it will speed it up.

    but doing it everyday is also helpful for overall health. You should be active for atleast 30 minutes everyday.

    but the instructor does mention that doing it 3 times a week is fine while watching what oyu eat ofcourse.

  • SBgitana: this is the basic 20 minute workout, there is an accelerated 45 minute, kick-your-booty workout but i havent seen it posted on youtube. and its the older version so they dont sell it anymore 'cept on ebay and amazon.
