  • Sorry...I like Ice Cube - Until We Rich better!

  • Its from Az album so of course he's going to be better. Plus this song isn't even some of the best tracks on it.

  • Nas is my favorite MC of all time but damn I think AZ got him on this track. AZ went HAM on his second verse and did some acrobatic shit with his rhyme structures. Nas first verse was sort of lazy and he made it up with his second verse.

  • the shit spring of 98

  • good old dayz

  • Remember The Times...

  • ahahah this is my shit !!!i used to listen to this on the reg!

  • ahhh this was my shit!!! nas and az was a good duo!! this is good music right here!

  • these cats got mad flows jeezee...

  • first nas verse for me. " Runnin with goons, with knife wounds from jail time. got the squad looking like tycoon we all Shine, while parle with the flyest mommy from 25th st. watch a hunny in the lex do it. im in the 6 v with the 12 next to it. You want to stickme? then put your best to it. I die black. We see you in the allah kingdom, you try that. check the fly cat, 2.5 multiply that":D Didn't have to look up the lyrics either

  • Any body know where I can get this Instrumental????

  • Why do we have to argue? Just lay back and enjoy the music. You don't get a mellow beat and two of the greatest emcees of all time every day.

  • Ha. Polly with the flyest mommi. Nas is ill.

  • This is straight NYC big body cl600 7 series summertime linden and merrick and shorty at the bus is saying please talk to me and her ass is phat ......

  • Was gonna ask someone to explain how Nas sold out but there isn't,one cause he didn't..maybe ppl talking bout a different Nas or summin

  • @godson856 Nas kinda "sold out" during a period of his career, leaving "Nasty Nas" the poetic genius behind and trying to portray images that just weren't him (e.g. "Escobar", "Nastradamus" (the weakest he's ever been)). He'd remind people that his poetic skills and unfuckwitable lyricism were still there - Stillmatic, God's Son - but some things Nas did in the past can be labeled as "sell out" and simply shouldn't have happened (remember "Oochie Wally"? lol).

  • @gmn545 Even if he sold out, he was still lyrically nice.

  • @gmn545 Nas' weaker material from 1999-2000 was still stronger than a lot of the garbage in the mainstream today hehe

  • @LaLaGrunge I agree.

  • @gmn545 Oochie wally was a nasty/party joint at the time in NY....made chicks get crazy in the clubs and partys....never the less he still played himself doing that track

  • What's all this talk that Nas got bougjt, i'd rather outline my body,in white chalk

  • I remember listening to this dusted lol Raindrops felt like ice.

  • krayzie bone n ice cube did a good song witht his beat. think it called. until we rich.

  • Nas sold his soul...AZ didn't!!! God Bless...

  • @MrJmazing1

no, az just failed at selling out... how do you explain "9 lives"?

  • Hip Hop is Dead :(

  • people debating classics sound stupid extra lamesauce

  • i dont like nas' verses, az verses are very good, damn, nas had to ruin the song, az should of did this song solo

  • @MobiusX Are you kidding me? Nas' last verse closed the casket.

  • @MobiusX Well I'll agree Az did outshine Nas easily on this track. But Nas's verse does not kill the song. His verese were still good just not as good as AZ.

  • @MobiusX u buggin, they both killin this yo

  • Glenn Jones!

  • BK and Queens baby.

  • az is sick a hell with the flow and the lyrics at the same time

  • PASS THE KUSH WHILE I VIBE TO THIS SH@T.... R.I.P. TO REAL HIPHOP, DAMN I MISS YOU!!!!!!

  • nas and Az or Big and Jay? Who is the better duo?

idk its close for me......real close

  • @ak47523 nas and az. the way they flow together and ask questions and shit. listen to lifes a bitch or the essence. and then ask whos the better duo....

  • @ak47523 I gotta go with Nas and A but its tricky...i feel they would have had the better beats.

  • @ak47523 dont forget meth and red

  • az lol wow wattsup w his name

  • @SPIDERx144 Anthony cruZ

  • They make some Dope Collabos, But DAMN AZ been garbage eva since E-40 KILLED him...

  • shxt too crack

  • Hi if there are any true Nas fans become my friend on facebook where we build Nas, from posting hes tunes, and resiting he's lyrics for every one to see. Find me at Jamharder@hotmail.co.uk.

  • Man these dudes needed to make an album together, they would have been the best duo ever hands down in hip-hop, str8 classic mafioso flow

  • i cant fint this instrumental :( Pleace someone help me if u find peace

  • @Sajc0 Ice Cube ft. Krayzie Bone - Until We Rich

  • @yaaaaowa Thaaanks maaan :D

  • Would be so dope if Nas and AZ made an album together

  • @LWebb1000 Until We Rich Again

  • damn nas ruined the song, it's like he wasn't trying or something while az delivered great verses, but in the song mo money mo murder, nas is better, good verses by him, life is a bitch az wins that, phone tap is about even since they using a similar rapping style with similar lyrics, most az and nas songs az is better but that doesn't mean he's a better rapper, if you compare their best, nas wins that, that's why he's the better rapper

  • @MobiusX everyone is entitled to their opinion bc i feel Nas killed this song especially at the end. I think nas beats him in "the essence" and its even between them on "the flyest" but lifes a bitch i think nas beat him by a little

  • @MobiusX nas was better in serious too

  • damnnnnnnnnnn this joint is so damnnn sick. soo sick. so sick son.

  • "With the black toaster/by my hip bone, fuck holster/ see me at the copa, platinum choka/ the gods wit me, mad blunt smoke its hard to miss me/ pick one out of 2 dimes to twist me............" Nas was a beast in his prime.

  • Comment removed

  • @jmi84 Who are you to question who Nas chooses to work with?

  • @jmi84 The Firm 1998

  • @jmi84 they did have an album called the firm i think. but yeah i wish they would make another

  • @jmi84

    your dumb then

    theres nas nd az albums

  • @jmi84 The Firm album was nas and AZ. Plus, why can't you believe it? A feature sells an album...how you gonna sell a feature if you got a whole album of two of the nicest emcees? spread it out, drop a duet jewel once every couple albums. thats how you do it. As far as distant relatives- dont hate. that shit is incredible, period.

  • @jmi84 There's a reason, we should just see what's going down here...

  • did this come out before until we rich ice cube feat krayzie bone, same sample.

  • @omhat

This was produced by LES, that's the same guy that produced "Life's a Bitch" (another great song with Nas and AZ). This song contains a sample from "Show Me" by Glenn Jones. This song was released on March 26, 1998. Ice Cube and Krazie Bone released their song on February 29, 2000. LES did another great job on this one. I miss those old school samples...

  • im wit you on this one. whos to say which are the best 10 or 20?? they all have madd skills and will outrhyme any of the cats that are arguin bout it all. quit dickriding and just enjoy the music. puff a blunt, sip a beer, do whatever you do and jus get lost in the music you like

  • WTF? These lists are fkin garbage! And what do people mean by the best? The best lyrically or who influenced the game the most? because real music doesnt get promoted

    1. IS GOD MC = RAKIM ...pay your respect

then im not gonna list in any special order but REAL SHIT is, AZ, Old Nas, Canibus, Ras Kass, kool g rap, cool herc, melle mel, etc...

then you got semi-concious rappers out there that are spittin today like jadakiss, styles p, eminem,

then u got straight commercial bs aka wayne,50,ross

  • You ever listen to LL when he had beef with Canibus, LL does a lot of RnB but he blasted Canibus on the mixtape.

    LL needs respect too.

  • I feel where you coming from but your list is dated. Maybe for the late 80's or the early 90's that would been a good list but the game changed... Canibus COME ON he spit but L, Kiss and Cass have better punchlines than him and wheres Pac and Big they dont make the list. You right tho niggas sleeping on Rakim the original God MC but my list was based on who does the most for the game and whatnot. I have a few commerial rappers that does they thing and I have some niggas that keep the game level.

  • My list: 2pac Tupac Tupac Shakur Tupac Amaru Shakur Makevelli The don pac Biggie Nas Eminem Eazy-E AZ Thats about it, 2pac the greatest. best there is, the best there was, and the BEST THERE EVER WILL BE.
