@electrodacus It draws approximately 1W decoding 1080p h264 content. I can't imagine it will draw much more than that other than due to attached USB devices.
Regarding underclocking, it might be worth asking on the Raspberry Pi forums where one of the Broadcom guys familiar with this SoC might have the answer.
do you own a tripod?

Are you able to measure the board power consumption ?
Is there a way to underclock the CPU ?

@asbradbury Thanks, I'm not interested in the video decode or 3D it will be used without a display.
And it needs to be under 1W less is better. Also performance is good enough since is ARM 11 so I will like to underclock down to 400Mhz or so.
The most annoying seems to be the boot sequence since the GPU is first to start.
Is the CPU running always at full speed 700Mhz or it clocks down at idle ?

@electrodacus Someone's taken some measurements logged at
elinux.org/RaspberryPiBoard#Clocking which is the best I can provide you with for now. Currently, it stays at 700Mhz.

@asbradbury Thanks, I've seen the page before but I think there was no power consumption measurement.
They say >1W for the A model and for the B the measurement was 7.5V 180mA that is 1.35W idle and was up to 2.25W with graphics running.
I just posted an comment on the forum maybe I get some answer.
In the end I will get mine and do the tests I was just curios. Thanks.
