I have worked with disabled kids ( my mom has worked at a school for them most of my life) and they use horses daily to stimulate body movement. Its proven that riding horses can help a paralyzed person walk again.

Horse therapy was actually suggested for my three year-old. He has issues processing ideas, and a speech delay. It was thought that it would be beneficial for him.

My first job was cleaning stalls when I was 11 not for money but for riding lessons, Those lessons have carried me farther then lessons in school lifewise. I think a hirse is about the best education you can get.
