I don't get why the assassination of Franz Ferdinand NOT being the cause of WWI is such a contrarian or "Marxist" idea.
If Lee Harvey Oswald was a Cuban spy or something (all conspiracies aside) and his assassination lead to a war, it would be seen through the context of the cold war, not the assassination.
Capitalism tried to make progress and had some great successes. Sadly communist/socialism held billions back and slaughtered millions. State slavery, centralized power, destroyed the lives of so many.

Governments own most of the natural resources on earth, the rest of the money is created by people, this is caused capitalism.
