JESUS CHRIST I wish people would shut up about how Corey sounds so much better... They're COMPLETELY different singers... This is back when Slipknot was just a random ass progressive, underground metal band with jazz elements :p I personally prefer IOWA because 1 It's longer. 2 It has more emotion. 3 It's more atmospheric. Both songs are awesome though. But hasn't anyone else realized old Slipknot talked alot about tribalism, symbolism, etc...

after just hearing it all, this album sounds quite a bit like early machine head (Burn My Eyes - 1994). Apart from the older, slower version of 'Only One' which sounds a bit like limp bizkit's first album '3 Dollar Bill Y'all - 1997'. And since both of them are 2 of my favourite albums thats only a good thing. and it kinda makes sense being realeased inbetween the 2. then there's a few tracks which are different again. All means Slipknot are one of the few bands to never ever dissappoint me

This is back when Slipknot was just a random ass progressive, underground metal band with jazz elements :p I personally prefer IOWA because 1 It's longer. 2 It has more emotion. 3 It's more atmospheric. Both songs are awesome though. But hasn't anyone else realized old Slipknot talked alot about tribalism, symbolism, etc...

after just hearing it all, this album sounds quite a bit like early machine head (Burn My Eyes - 1994). Apart from the older, slower version of 'Only One' which sounds a bit like limp bizkit's first album '3 Dollar Bill Y'all - 1997'. And since both of them are 2 of my favourite albums thats only a good thing. and it kinda makes sense being realeased inbetween the 2. then there's a few tracks which are different again. All means Slipknot are one of the few bands to never ever dissappoint me

Probably the best song sung by Anders. Along with Carve. He's pretty good in my opinion, but Corey is just naturally gifted.
