Congratulations. You have discovered Voltage Amplification through Standing Wave Resonant Rise, also sometimes called VRSWR.

If you look at some of my older videos, you can see me lighting up a neon bulb AND a set of LEDs, both at the same time, on a single wire. The neon needs 80 or 90 volts; the LEDs only 2 or 3 volts. How can they both be running from the same supply on the same wire...a single wire?

Gemi, Where can i see the circuit diagram? I have a Rodin coil wound with #30ga 27 turns each bifilar, and a Bedini type #26 ga, 1300 ft. Not sure how to connect it though as you did.

yes -- the skin effect. AC can run across table surfaces and over the plastic outside the wire, etc. You are the best path to ground... but there are other paths too ... even thru the air.

that is because you're behaving as a Ground perhaps...it's basically oscillating antenna from the frequency of the rodin coil...that's my guess :)
