I can basically sum up all of Squall's changes here:
1- Aerial RD renders the ground RD obsolete.
2- Revolver Drive executes much faster, in order to combo better.
3- Aerial/Fated Circle are easier to dodge away from now, given the recovery time for some attacks has been reduced.
4- Mystic Flurry makes for interesting combos. depending on hot good you get with it, you can continue into beat fang, heel crush, or link up to an aerial circle or aerial rough divide. though it takes some work.
-5 Heel Crush, as mentioned, can now stagger opponents when they block (useful on the Gabranth AI since when he's on the vicious behaviour, he blocks at that split second you attack and it'll get quite annoying after a while.
srry to post again.. but now that i notcie... In the English version, if u break your opponent or something and u receive more BP then 9999 then it holds it as a back up or something because look at 2:12. Squall hit him with BP attack and his BP didnt drop.. strange
Heel crush deflects magic, but by the time you deflect it they'll be casting it again on you, and with the recoil time of heel crush, its pretty much the same. They cast magic, you deflect (not counter ), heel crush recoil, you vulnerable to attacks, etc etc etc

No, Squall was broken. When you are broken, you can't steal BP.

Okay, Heel Crash is amazing. Aerial RD is godsend and Aerial Circle's range got buffed.
Magic Flurry is good too.
