the office building is always open, go down the sloped road down the side of the building, turn left and you will see a door, just go into it. im pretty sure it works because i remember going in there and pushing people down stairs

@BrikProductions if u use cheats and save them, it will take away that ability to get achievements. However, if u get one star and get arrested, it take away all the cheats when you show up at the police station. just dont use any cheats after that until u r done with the achievements.

After you reload the save file, you can get the achievements again even if you saved after you used it. Just don't use the cheat after you reload the save or else you will have to reload the save again.
