Any time Jesus was on earth, the Holy Spirit was not with him. What you are saying makes sense. But there were several times in scripture where they were all separate, when he was baptized, the Holy Spirit came as a dove. Many times in scripture is is said: The name of the Father and of the Son and to the Holy Spirit" I know that you know this, but all the names are singular" Man, we are so divided and the divisions are minor things.I just want to serve God for eternity and give my crown to Jesus
@nld1960 -indeed it was. that is how He knew God, knew He was God but wished to exalt the spirit of God and not the body vessel that was Jesus. Jesus knew he was going to be the corner stone of faith...the one that was dismissed and thrown away. Rebuilding the church in 3 days. Many people were casting out evil spirits using the name of Jesus while he was alive. The Holy spirit indeed existed. It became the resurrected spirit of JEsus Christ after he was dead. This is why He is eternal
@danielson923 But you are right about Jesus being the Holy Spirit, Jesus is the Father, that is exactly what the trinity means. I really don't like that word. It is not biblical. But the bible really speaks about there being 3 "persons" within the Godhead. One but 3 persona.
I am a father and a son and a grandfather.
I like your style, you sound great, you know your bible, etc.
@danielson923 Sorry for all the comments, but I just wanted to say, you are right on about glimpses of heaven.I have had it on several occasions. A millisecond, I would almost forget immediately. It is so beautiful, there is no word for it in human language.
But I will tell you something else.At a really hard time, with many people harassing me for my faith, I received a scent, an aroma, for just a moment, so holy, again, not of this world,so heavenly.Instant healing, instant strength.
@danielson923 This is the way You Tube should be. Discuss Scripture. We will always disagree, but learn in the interim. Glad I found you. Great discussions..
@Living4TheTruth45 I appreciate you reply, but you did not answer my questions. When John baptized Jesus, the Holy Spirit came upon him, His Father was heard speaking, how would you explain this?
Several places, the apostles said: "In the name of the father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit". These are individuals, all singular. How could you explain this?
good job brother the Bible says there is one Spirit and the Lord is that Spirit do not let those haters stop you they like to argue instead of rightly dividing the word God bless you!
